Over a 10-year period at Statoil, I was assigned to lead five different retail locations — all facing serious operational and performance challenges. Long before I had the job title, I was already working with KPIs, dashboards, and optimization flows.
I used data to build structure from the ground up, align teams around shared goals, and drive measurable improvements in revenue, compliance, and service.
